Do your rooms have kitchenettes?
Guest rooms feature a wet bar with sink, microwave oven, and a compact refrigerator. Some suites include kitchenettes with a full-size refrigerator, stove, toaster, and microwave oven. Dish kits with pots, pans, glassware, and silverware can be requested.

Do you serve breakfast?
Breakfast is available a la carte in our restaurant from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Monday through Friday and on weekends until 11:00 a.m.

Do you have rollaway beds or cribs?
Rollaway beds are available for an additional $20.00 per night, upon availability. Cribs are complimentary upon availability.

Both are based on availability. Please check with the hotel front desk on the day of your arrival for specific times.

What are the pool hours?
Our outdoor pool and hot tub are open from 9:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. daily.

Do you have a fitness center?
Yes, featuring all new Matrix equipment including treadmills and bikes is available from 9:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. daily.

What are the restaurant hours?
We are open for breakfast and dinner. The bar opens at 4:00 p.m. and the restaurant at 5:00 p.m. for dinner. Both close at 10:00 p.m.

Do you offer special group rates?
We do offer special rates for blocks of rooms for your group. The hotel also has 1,800 sq. ft. of meeting space with catering available.

I booked through an online travel agent other than the hotel website and need to make a change to my reservation, how do I do this?
You will need to contact the travel website you booked your reservation with as they may charge a penalty for changes or cancellations.

Are ID & Payment required at check-in?
One form of government issued ID such as a passport or driver’s license, plus a major credit card with a chip embedded.
